Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not entirely satisfied with your BuckeyeMall.com order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise. We will issue a return authorization number to you. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, in its original package and in unused condition, we will credit your credit card, or if you paid by check we will issue a check to you for the price of the merchandise. Shipping charges either in or out are not refundable.

Due to the fact that BuckeyeMall.com has many products from many different manufacturers, the actual products may, from time to time, be slightly different from the product images or descriptions shown on BuckeyeMall.com.

If the item(s) you ordered differ from the product details shown on BuckeyeMall.com, please let us know so we can update our product details. In most cases, the minor differences should not prevent you from enjoying your BuckeyeMall.com product, however, if you are dissatisfied due to discrepancies, we will work with you to rectify the problem.

Typographical Errors

We are not liable for any product informational typographical errors on the website. If you find an error on our website, please report it to us so that we can correct it immediately.

In the event a BuckeyeMall.com product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error in the Description and/or Title of products or in the pricing information, BuckeyeMall.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. BuckeyeMall.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BuckeyeMall.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

If items herein are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country.
